What is billed

A subscription covers the seats and allowances shown. Where usage would exceed an allowance, the service declines the action rather than charging you for it — unless you have turned on overage for that allowance, in which case the rate is shown to you at the moment you enable it.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the merchant of record and handles tax where it applies. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing screen at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; there is no refund for a partial period except where the law requires one or where we have failed to provide the service. The full position is in our Terms of Service.

Enterprise

Enterprise includes unlimited destinations and posts. Terms are agreed directly — get in touch.
